ABSTRACT

Cervix cancer is the wild tomour which occupied in the top rank which caused women lost in the world. The goal of this research is to know the correlation between age, women fertile couple’s knowledge about cervix cancer and their interest to HPV immunization.

The study design using correlation study with cross sectional approach. The population are all of the women fertile couple’s. In this research uses two variables they are dependent variable on this research is is the women fertile couple’s interest about HPV immunization are given the symbol ( Y ), and independent variable, which consists of Age mother ( X1 ) and knowledge mother ( X2 ). The collecting data taken by questionnaire, and data processing, the data analysis used multiple linear regression.               The results showed that there no correlation between maternal age and interests ( T count 0.328 < T table 1.645 ) , there knowledge of correlation with mother of interest ( T count 5.377 > T table 1.645 ) , there is the correlation of age , women fertile couple’s knowledge with an interest in HPV immunization, F count ( 15.454 ) > F table ( 3.18 ), then Ho is rejected .

Based the research result, can be concluded there is correlation between age, knowledge of fertile couples and their interest to have HPV imumunization. Still needed health officers effort to increase the knowledge of women fertile couple’s about cervix cancer, so is hoped  they have better understanding and hight interest to HPV immunization.

ABSTRACT

Context : GnRH Agonist (GnRHa) maybe the most effective drugs in the management of myomas. However, there remain some uncertainty regarding the efficacy of the therapy because of conflicting reports in the literature. Most reviews focus on the beneficial effect or clinical effectiveness of an intervention without adequately addressing adverse effects

Objective : To identify potential factors that can predictadverse outcomes in patients with uterine myomas undergoing GnRH Agonist (GnRHa) therapy.

Methods :This study uses systematic search of literatures through Google Scholar (time span 2001-2015). The author identified long-term randomized controlled trials that assesseduterine myomasend points, defined as menopausal state and/or surgery. Eligible studies included those with GnRHa therapy.

Results : Univariate analysis result is that adverse outcome related to Age (OR:1.15; CI:1.02-1.30), BMI (OR: 1.02; CI : 0.85-1.23), Parity (OR: 6.94, CI:14-15.33), Family history     (OR : 2.87 , CI: 1.17-0.4), Ethnicity (OR : 2.18, CI : 0.93-5.07) were associated with adverse outcome.Smoking            (OR:0.62, CI : 0.22-1.72), Oral Contraceptives (OR:1.41; CI:0.45 -5.40)has no association with adverse outcome.Factors associated with adverse outcome, based on multivariat analysis included  secondary changes (OR : 3.67; CI: 1.34-10.3), menopausal state (OR: 7.70; CI:  2.73-24.4) and surgery criteria (OR 3.67; CI : 1.12-10.2).

Conclusions :Age, BMI, parity, family history, ethnicitywere associated with adverse outcome. Yet Smoking, Oral Contraceptives has no association with adverse outcome.

Then the independent variables namely parenting system and the dependent variable, namely the verbal development of preschool age children. The study was conducted single 11 May 2015. Information were obtained from questionnaires and checklist DDST and then processed (editing, coding, scoring, tabulating) and analyzed using chi square.

Based on research result from so respondents obtained 25 respondent (50%) apply democratic system with the result of 25 children (50%) is included in normal  verbal development. Then from the statistical result obtained chi square count (14,53) >  table (9,94). So it can be concluded that H1 is accepted.

Pursuant to research so it can be concluded that there is correlation betweencorrelation of parenting system with verbal development of preschool age children. Therefore the parents should be able to increase information about parenting are applied and can be apply the appropriate parenting system in order to reduce the delays in verbal development of preschool age children.
